Members in attendance at our last general meeting were enthusiastic about the prospect of this event and could see the benefits and exposure it would bring to our club as we continue to grow our membership.

We need 10 to 15 volunteers to help staff the event as listed below

Recruitment Goal: We’re aiming to recruit 10 to 15 volunteers for this fantastic event! The available volunteer work is listed below:
Registration/Set Up: ( 4 Volunteers)
Time: 7:00 am - 11:00 am EDT
Description: Help check in riders and set up registration booths.
Perks: Official volunteer T-shirt, free entry to the after party with pint glass package, and 2 beer tickets!
Community Impact: By volunteering, you contribute to the success of our cycling club and help create a vibrant cycling community. Your support ensures that we can organize more rides, events, and advocacy efforts throughout the year.
Rest Stop: (2 Volunteers)
Time: 7:00 am - 11:59 am EDT
Description: Assist with snacks and water for riders (vehicle required). Bonus perks: a hat and socks!
Perks: Official volunteer T-shirt, free entry to the after party with pint glass package, and 2 beer tickets!
Community Impact: Rest stops are essential for rider safety and comfort. Your assistance directly benefits fellow cyclists and promotes a positive cycling experience.
Post-Ride Party/Merchandise: (4 Volunteers)
Time: 10:30 am - 2:00 pm EDT
Description: Work the merchandise table, distribute pint glasses, and help with event cleanup.
Perks: Official volunteer T-shirt, free entry to the after party with pint glass package, and 2 beer tickets!
Community Impact: The post-ride party brings our community together. Your involvement ensures that everyone enjoys a memorable celebration and takes home some cool swag.
We also would need at least 2 SAG on call support personnel. You would need a vehicle that could fit a bike if the need for transport came up.
