Why ride alone when you can ride with some of the friendliest cyclists in New Jersey?

The Jersey Shore Touring Society is a cycling club whose primary focus is on social rather than competitive riding.  We have rides for cyclists of all levels, from beginner to experienced, throughout Monmouth and Ocean County. We offer a full schedule of road rides throughout the year, as well as mountain bike rides during the autumn and winter and virtual Zwift Rides. Many of our rides are combined with social events, such as our kick-off Champagne Ride in the spring, our Summer Picnic, and our Harvest Ride in the fall.

The Vision for our club is to provide a variety of cycling opportunities for JSTS riders of all levels, from novice to expert, and to make cycling safe, challenging, and enjoyable for everyone.

The Mission of our club is to create a vibrant and diverse community that welcomes riders of all levels, from beginners to experts, to explore and enjoy the beautiful landscapes of New Jersey. We aim to create a safe, supportive, challenging, and fun environment that fosters lifelong learning, camaraderie, and a platform for personal goal setting and growth. We celebrate the achievements of our members, whether they are completing their first ride or conquering a new challenge. Our goal is to be recognized as a leader in the cycling community, promoting health, wellness, and social responsibility while respecting the rich history and traditions of our club.
